The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return Policy: 1- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 2- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
